We aim to dispatch all orders ASAP, but unfortunately, it can sometimes take a little longer than we'd like. Once you've received your 'Order Dispatched' email, you'll know your BWOWNIES are in the post and on the way to you. From this point, shipping can take 2-5 days. ‘Patience young padawan’.

The pesky postmen have been known to get a little bit peckish and help themselves to your delicious BWOWNIES.

BWOWNIES last up to 10 days in the fridge.

YES!!! They last up to 2 months in the freezer. The day before you want to use them, pop them into the fridge to defrost. 

Impatient? Pop them into the microwave in 10 second blasts until they are perfect!

Our BWOWNIES can be sent across the whole of the UK mainland including Scotland and Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to the Republic of Ireland.

Due to the nature of our business and the products we sell, items that expire sooner than 1 month from the date of purchase are not eligible for a refund. For any other items to be eligible for a refund, you must notify us and return them within 14 calendar days of the purchase in their original condition. It is your responsibility to cover return postage fees. If our products arrived damaged or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement regardless of its expiration date.
