Mince pies are one of my favourite Christmas treats…but let’s be honest, they’re not for everyone. So I set myself a simple mission: Make people who despise mince pies…actually love them. How? By combining mince pies with something EVERYONE loves: SALTED CARAMEL. Yes, I really am unhinged enough to merge mince pies with salted caramel. Two layers of our fudgy BWOWNIE, stuffed with a homemade mince pie + our silky salted caramel filling. If you love mince pies, this is for you. If you hate mince pies, this is also for you.
